Leash Reactivity

While out on a walk, does your dog bark or lunge when they see other dogs, bicycles, or skateboards? If so, let’s chat. We will first identify the underlying cause of their behavior (often anxiety, fear. or frustration) and then help them change their emotions and associations with these triggers. The goal is for them—and you!— to feel better in the presence of their triggers, ultimately reducing the lunging and barking behavior.

Babies, Kids, and Dogs

For many of us, we’ve always dreamed that our dog and kids would have a great relationship. But what does a great relationship look like and how do we establish one? For many dogs, a baby, then toddler, then child can be quite stressful. Our dogs may show us their stress through small signals like licking, yawning, looking away, or leaving the room. Reach out to learn more about how to foster safe, happy, and healthy relationships between your beloved 2-legged and 4-legged creatures.

Dogs and Cats

It’s tough when your dog and cat(s) aren’t getting along the way that you’ve hoped. We’ll look at the health and safety considerations for both your dog and your cat(s) and the solutions available to help everyone live more peacefully (and safely) together.
